Culmia held the awards ceremony for the first edition of The Experience Club, the internal Customer Experience Ambassador program launched by the Customer Experience and Service department to identify, develop, and highlight innovative initiatives born from the knowledge and experience of its own professionals.

This initiative is part of Culmia’s strategy to continue strengthening a customer-centric culture by encouraging teams to actively participate in finding solutions that help optimize the customer experience at every stage of their relationship with the company.
For several weeks, participants have been working on developing their projects through a mentoring program and collaborative sessions in which they have been able to shape their ideas, analyze their feasibility, and prepare their final presentation. The goal has been to transform the knowledge gained through day-to-day work into proposals that have a real impact on the customer experience, while fostering cross-functional innovation and collaboration among different areas of the organization.
The final phase of the program concluded with the presentation of the various initiatives to a panel of five Culmia executives, who evaluated each project independently based on criteria such as the impact on the customer experience, innovation, the feasibility of the proposal, the quality of the presentation, and the work carried out throughout the development process.
Professionals from various areas of the company participated in this first edition: Antonio Perea, Alejandro Pérez, Carles Olmos, Fabrizio Pásara, Cristina Cerezo, Elena Flores, Teresa Torres, Jairo Álvarez, and Christian Giménez, reflecting the cross-functional nature of an initiative that seeks to leverage internal talent to drive continuous improvement and create new opportunities for the company’s growth.
Following the jury’s deliberations, the winning projects were:
First Prize: Fabrizio Pásara, for CheckHome, a proposed platform for the transparent and proactive management of home deliveries and after-sales service, powered by predictive artificial intelligence to anticipate needs, optimize communication with customers, and improve their experience throughout the entire process.
Second Prize: Alejandro Pérez and Cristina Cerezo, for “Culmia Contigo,” an ongoing support program designed to provide close, personalized attention to customers during the most important moments of their relationship with Culmia, strengthening communication and trust throughout the entire process.
Third Prize: Antonio Perea, for “Impulso real del GdE,” an initiative aimed at improving the quality and utilization of data from the Case Management System as a basis for providing more efficient, personalized customer service based on higher-quality information.
As a next step, the winning initiatives will be presented to Culmia’s Management Committee (CODIR), which will evaluate their potential implementation within the company. The selected projects will become part of Culmia’s strategy to improve the customer experience and will be driven by their creators, who will serve as sponsors to guide their development and implementation.
Through programs such as The Experience Club, Culmia continues to foster a culture of participatory innovation in which the best ideas come from the people who are part of the organization. This commitment to listening, sharing knowledge, and transforming that internal talent into initiatives capable of generating a positive impact for both clients and the company itself reinforces its dedication to excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation as the strategic pillars of its operations.
