October 29 , 2025 — Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, has completed delivery of its Culmia Ciencias Park development. This adds 135 more homes to one of Seville’s main residential development areas, specifically on Avenida de las Ciencias in the Sevilla Este neighborhood.
The homes, which range from one to four bedrooms, measure between 61m2 and 131m2 and include a terrace, a parking space, and a storage room. In addition, the development, consisting of a total of 239 homes, offers a wide variety of common areas, including a swimming pool, a bike storage area, a playground, a Social Club Space, the Kids’ Space, the Gym Space, the Coworking Space, the Cardioprotected Space, and the Smart Box Space—a smart mailbox in the building’s entrance hall for receiving packages without having to be home.
Culmia Ciencias Park also offers the CulmiaHome app, which allows residents to control access to building entrances and make reservations for common areas, among other features.
The development has a B energy rating. The building has been designed to minimize heat loss in the winter and excessive heat in the summer, ensuring optimal comfort year-round. The materials and techniques used reduce energy consumption, providing sustainable and energy-efficient homes in the long term.
The residential complex also features Culmia’s own Jade and Cuarzo certifications, which attest to its commitment to sustainability and health in the home. To earn these certifications, criteria were applied designed to minimize the impact on the environment and promote the health and well-being of residents.
In terms of sustainability, the Jade certification has an “Essential” rating, as the development incorporates measures that promote the use of alternative transportation with low environmental impact, the protection of the environment and biodiversity, efficient water management, reduced energy consumption, and the use of renewable energy. It also promotes recycling and the reuse of materials.
In terms of health, Cumia Ciencias Park has also earned the “Essential” rating from the Cuarzo certification program. This is due to the creation of common spaces designed to foster community in a green and healthy environment, the implementation of construction solutions that ensure indoor comfort, the selection of materials and ventilation systems that guarantee optimal air quality, as well as passive and active strategies that maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels.
In terms of location, the residential complex is well connected by multiple bus lines and offers quick access to the A-92 highway, which connects directly to downtown Seville, and the SE-30, which connects to the rest of the city. In addition, the Palacio de Congresos train station is 9 minutes away, the Santa Justa AVE station is 16 minutes away, and the airport is 10 minutes away.
