February 1, 2022. – Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, has signed a partnership agreement with YoHome, one of the best comprehensive solutions for residential digitization, through which it will offer its customers automation and smart control of its developments via the CulmiaHome app.

Thanks to the tool developed by YoHome, and depending on the specific design of each development, users of the CulmiaHome app will be able to manage the services offered via their cell phones and also find services provided by third parties. These range from home automation—such as automatic opening of communal doors, automated in-home controls, and efficient energy management—to checking digital mailboxes or making various reservations in the developments’ common areas. It also allows for customizable settings for each community and features a digital bulletin board with useful information on administrative matters, bylaws, and residential permits, as well as a directory of exclusive services for the residential complex, such as laundry, cleaning services, and repairs.

As part of its ongoing commitment to innovation and technology, Culmia will gradually implement this efficient solution in its new projects. In addition to digitizing and automating day-to-day management in the residential sector, CulmiaHome will also help advance the company’s commitment to the environment and the efficient management of resources. Its implementation also reduces the carbon footprint by approximately half a metric ton of CO2 per 50-unit housing complex.
