It is the visit that is offered to the client to see for the first time his future home and the attached dependencies before proceeding to the deed.
The sales department will contact each client to schedule this visit, which will also be attended by the external after-sales manager in order to provide technical support for any questions that the client may have regarding the operation of the property.
In addition, the client will be provided with information on the guarantees available for the property and on the after-sales service, which will be activated once the property has been deeded.
In short, the idea is to show the client their future home, finished, with the pre-delivery repairs completed and clean. It is important to take into account that, for security reasons, in no case will the client be left alone neither in the house nor in the development.
The courtesy visit is carried out approximately 15 days before the deed phase begins, with the reviews of the external after-sales manager’s review report resolved and the property cleaned. Although it is not always possible, it is advisable to have electricity and elevator service in operation during this period.
In order to provide personalized attention, a maximum of 2 people per home may attend the courtesy visit.
The estimated duration of the courtesy visit is about 45 minutes, being 30 minutes in the house and 15 minutes for the annexes (if applicable) and common areas.
Courtesy visits are scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
