Together, these two developments add 82 new-construction homes to the market in the province of Barcelona. In addition, they have a B energy rating for both energy consumption and emissions, and feature continuous insulation on the facade that wraps around the buildings, thereby preventing heat loss or temperature increases inside.

Culmia Egretta Plana: The Ideal Housing Option in a Young, Booming Neighborhood

Culmia Egretta Plana consists of six buildings with a shared underground level featuring parking spaces and storage units, and offers two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 99 m² to 157 m² including common areas, with the option of a duplex with a terrace or a ground-floor unit with a private garden. As for its active systems, the building has been equipped with a gas condensing boiler and a high-efficiency air-source heat pump for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water.
