January 21 , 2025 – Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market , launches its new development , Culmia Xaloc Parc de l’Alba, in Cerdanyola del Vallès, Barcelona . This is the first development to be launched in the new Parc de l’Alba residential complex, marking the beginning of a project that will include more than 5,000 homes, large green spaces, and a wide range of services and activities.
