June 6, 2024— Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, is launching its Culmia Port Montjuïc development in Barcelona’s Marina neighborhood.

The development consists of 25 units ranging from 85 m² to 114 m² with 2 or 3 bedrooms, along with parking spaces and storage units. In addition, Culmia Port Montjuïc features a communal pool on the penthouse level and a sun deck.

The residential complex has a B energy efficiency rating, as it makes full use of all materials and finishes to offer its residents sustainable and energy-efficient housing in the long term, thanks to the incorporation of equipment and a building envelope design that utilizes materials that reduce energy consumption.

One of its strengths is its location, just 15 minutes from downtown Barcelona, in the attractive La Marina neighborhood—an area where Culmia has also spearheaded a transformation process focused on three main areas: rental housing, homes for sale, and office space.
