Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, is launching its second development in Mallorca, Culmia Can Mare II.

The development consists of three four-story buildings with a total of 99 units, featuring 2- and 3-bedroom layouts ranging from 63 m² to 103 m². All units include a terrace, a garage, and a storage room. In addition, there is a community pool, a children’s play area, gardens, bicycle parking, and a cardiac-emergency-ready space to be used in the event of a cardiac emergency.

Culmia Can Mare II has a B energy rating and uses air-source heat pump systems in the homes to maximize energy efficiency. This certification and these systems will result in savings similar to those achieved in the Culmia Can Mare development: CO2 savings equivalent to 18 trees per year, energy consumption savings of 13,446 kWh per year, and financial savings of €1,090 per year.

In addition, the development features technology from the CulmiaHome , which will allow users to manage the opening of common-area doors and efficiently monitor energy usage inside the home, among other features.

This residential complex stands out in this area of the Balearic capital because there are no other housing options in the area that offer this variety of common areas, high-quality finishes, and exceptional connectivity. It is located in a well-established neighborhood, surrounded by all kinds of amenities. In addition, it is very well connected both to Palma’s city center
via Calle Aragón and to the rest of the city via the Vía Cintura.

It’s also very well connected by public transportation, thanks to the many nearby bus lines and its location just a 30-minute walk from Palma’s historic center. Its easy access to the Ma-20 highway, which circles the city, makes it easy to connect to the Ma-13 highway, which leads to the northern towns of the island, or the Ma-15 highway for travel to the eastern and central towns. It’s also just a 10-minute drive from Mallorca Airport.

According to José March, Culmia’s Regional Director for the East and South, “the launch of our second development in the Balearic Islands, Culmia Can Mare II, marks a significant step forward in continuing to expand the supply of new-construction homes in Mallorca and in meeting the growing demand for primary residences on the island.”

Since 2013, Culmia has delivered more than 7,000 homes across more than 100 developments throughout Spain. It currently has 89 developments totaling more than 7,500 homes in the development phase. Of these, a total of 35 developments—representing 3,600 homes—are under construction and will be available for both sale and rent.
