Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, is launching Culmia Arbeyal III Gijón. This third phase follows the previous ones, which are already on the market and under construction.

This development consists of 59 homes of various types, ranging from 60 m² to 117 m², including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. One of the development’s major attractions is its beachfront location, which offers ocean views.

All homes feature spacious terraces, which let in natural light through their large windows, and also include a garage and storage rooms. They also have bicycle parking, a private recreational area, the Social Club Space for celebrations, and a children’s play area.

Thermal comfort is guaranteed by the underfloor heating system, which distributes heat evenly, creating a more comfortable environment by eliminating drafts and providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout the home.
