The Book of the Building together with the Manual of use and maintenance of the building is given to the Administrator, as the agent responsible for the contracting, management and registration in the Book of the building of the normative and preventive maintenances of the community facilities. The different owners, on the day of the deed of their property, are provided with their Welcome pack, which includes the Manual of Use and Maintenance of the property.
At the deed signing ceremony, we will deliver the Welcome pack containing the Manual of use and maintenance of the property, which contains the information related to the suppliers and materials used in the construction of the development. It is not foreseen that we will deliver construction materials.
Aerothermal energy is a heating, cooling and domestic hot water production system that uses outside air as an energy source.
