This Thursday, December 12, the results of the Innova Cool contest were announced. This is an internal Culmia initiative designed to foster creativity and innovation among our teams. During the event, which took place in an atmosphere filled with excitement and enthusiasm, the three winning projects were revealed from among the five finalists previously announced.

The jury, composed of members of Culmia’s executive committee and a panel of innovation professionals from outside the company, highlighted the high quality of the proposals, which demonstrated a cutting-edge approach to issues such as sustainability, customer experience, and technology applied to the real estate sector. The winning projects were recognized for their ability to transform our business model and provide concrete solutions to current market challenges.

The award recipients received their prizes during a ceremony attended by the entire Culmia team. In addition, the winners had the opportunity to present their ideas and share how they align with our mission to build spaces that make a difference.

We congratulate the three winners: Alejandro Pérez Ramírez, Francisco Lodeiro Vieites, and Víctor Manuel Portela Marín, who stood out with their disruptive and transformative ideas.

We would also like to highlight the special mentions received by our colleagues: Carlota Palacios Alvero and the team consisting of Cristina Pin Portela and Fabrizio Pásara Gonzales.
