Yesterday, on Capital Radio, Cristina Ontoso, sales and marketing director at CULMIA, participated alongside Silvia Álvarez, marketing director at Neinor Homes, Carmen Román, sales director at Habitat Inmobiliaria; and Mariam Martín, president of Víveme, in the Real Estate Investment panel discussion moderated by Meli Torres to analyze SIMA 2021.
“At CULMIA, we’ve offered a wide variety of properties, ranging from first-home developments in Madrid and the surrounding area to coastal developments, specifically in Alicante and Denia,” Cristina explained.
We have offered 10 developments at SIMA, 5 of which are currently on the market in Madrid: Culmia Altos Villaverde, Culmia East Village Móstoles, Culmia Innova Torrejón, Culmia Dehesa Guadarrama, and Culmia Alcalá Ciudadela in Alcalá de Henares, two of them currently on the market on the coast—Culmia San Juan Torre V in Alicante and Culmia El Fortí in Denia —and three of them scheduled for upcoming launches—Culmia Abantos El Escorial, Culmia Retamar de la Huerta, and Culmia Pozuelo.
CULMIA set up a booth that was different from what is usually seen at this type of fair. It was a highly innovative yet practical space that allowed customers to be informed safely and with ease, and it also featured a large screen showing a video highlighting all the promotions and services. Each promotion was represented by a location icon, illustrating the journey a customer takes when purchasing a home—all the way to their destination: their home.
At CULMIA, we have offered our clients:
- Our commitment to environmental innovation, with the goal of ensuring that our homes achieve an A energy rating.
- The design and comfort of the interiors of CULMIA homes are intended to meet the needs of future homeowners.
- When it comes to customizing their home, customers have a variety of options to choose from, depending on their tastes and needs. This allows them to select from the different materials, colors, and textures we offer for walls, floors, cabinets, and the kitchen.
We gave visitors to the booth a passport that served as a 10-stop journey representing the various promotions, where they could find information about each one and get a stamp for each promotion as our sales team briefed them. Our goal has been to walk alongside our clients so that their journey ends with them finding their new home.
Thanks to these types of trade shows, customers are made aware of the various promotions currently available in the real estate market. For CULMIA, it serves as a wonderful showcase to promote our brand and our products.
Cristina concluded the discussion by explaining the interest in and demand for new housing in Spain, noting that this demonstrated the strength of the sector, which is poised to offer innovative solutions in the coming years. This is a very good time for potential buyers, and we are sure to far exceed the results of previous years.
