On February 14, we celebrated Valentine’s Day once again at Culmia, and, once again this year, we took the opportunity to share a special moment that went beyond our daily routine.

That day, our office was transformed into a space full of thoughtful touches and color. Garlands, heart-shaped balloons, and small decorative elements created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invited us to take a break and enjoy the moment together. The morning began with a Valentine’s Day-themed breakfast featuring plenty of sweet and savory options to suit every taste: pastries, special cakes, savory dishes, and, of course, the occasional irresistible treat.

But without a doubt, the highlight of the day was the participatory activity we organized this year. We hung several strings on the wall where each person could use a clothespin to attach a heart with their answer to the question: “What important moment in your life do you remember with special fondness?” Little by little, the wall filled with messages and memories, creating a collective mural brimming with stories, gratitude, and small yet meaningful acts of love.

Each heart represented a meaningful gesture: unexpected acts of kindness, words of encouragement at key moments, simple yet unforgettable expressions of affection. The result was a veritable wall of beautiful gestures that reminded us of the importance of cherishing those moments that leave a lasting impression and that, so often, make all the difference.

Initiatives like these allow us to strengthen bonds among colleagues and foster a closer, more human work environment.
