Culmia welcomed students from the 10th graduating class of the Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management and Development at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) to its offices, as part of this year’s edition of “Company Days,” an initiative that each year gives students a firsthand look at the professional reality of the real estate sector.

Under this year’s theme, “Adapting Is the Real Magic,” the event became a space for networking, learning, and inspiration, where future professionals were able to gain firsthand insight into how a leading company in the sector operates and discover the many opportunities offered by the real estate market.

The welcome event featured alumni of the undergraduate program who are currently part of the Culmia team; they shared their experiences, from their time at the university to their entry into the professional world. Their testimonials highlighted the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and the ability to tackle new challenges in a constantly evolving environment.

Next, members of Culmia’s Management Committee presented the company by highlighting its various areas of activity, giving students an understanding of the work carried out by each department and demonstrating how the collaborative efforts of all teams contribute to creating value and achieving the company’s objectives.

The day continued with a session led by the People and Organization department, focusing on professional development, talent management, and the skills most in demand in today’s workplace. This segment concluded with a panel of alumni who shared recommendations and reflections on the students’ professional futures.

One of the most moving moments of the event was the screening of a video featuring messages from alumni of various graduating classes of the degree program, who wanted to convey their congratulations and gratitude on the occasion of the program’s tenth anniversary. This tribute highlighted the impact that the Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management and Development has had on the development of numerous generations of professionals in the sector.

As a grand finale, attendees enjoyed a magic and illusion show that served as the common thread throughout the day and reinforced the event’s main message: adaptability is one of the most valuable skills for facing the challenges of the future.

The event concluded with a networking cocktail reception that allowed students and professionals to share experiences, address concerns, and strengthen ties between the academic and business communities.

Through initiatives like this one, Culmia reaffirms its commitment to young talent and to training the next generation of professionals who will lead the future of the real estate sector.
