- The developer, in collaboration with designer Virginia Gasch, has created a space that highlights the importance of home in the wake of the pandemic, through a concept designed to fill visitors with positive energy and make them feel good.
- “Vitamina Home” will be open to the general public from April 7 through May 22 at Calle Goya 89, Madrid.

April 20, 2022 – Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, has become the first developer to participate in Casa Decor, the interior design, design, trends, and lifestyle platform that each year selects a unique building in Madrid to present its exhibition to the public for six weeks.
Culmia has developed this initiative in collaboration with the interior design studio VG Living, led by Virginia Gasch. This partnership has given rise to “Vitamina Home,” a project that brings two current interior design trends to life in an apartment: the concept of the home as a space for happiness and the efficient use of space. All while incorporating the finest materials and the latest trends in interior design.
“Vitamina Home” has been designed as a dreamlike place that invites happiness. A space that brings balance and helps its residents unwind in the warmth of home. This philosophy, rooted in the concept of home, is central to Culmia’s mission: to accompany clients on their journey to find their ideal home.
In the words of Cristina Ontoso, Culmia’s Sales and Marketing Director, “It’s quite a challenge to be the first real estate developer to participate in Casa Decor, the largest showcase for trends and interior design, in line with our goal of carrying out innovative initiatives that always embrace design and the latest trends.”
He adds, “To mark the 30th anniversary of the exhibition, with ‘Vitamina Home’ we wanted to create a concept that, while certainly elevated—as it transports you to a dreamlike world where you can shower under a waterfall surrounded by palm trees—reflects our commitment to building homes that focus on the people who live in them, always seeking their well-being and happiness.”
Culmia’s commitment to creating happy homes is reflected in the homes they build through sustainability and innovation, in line with the company’s values.
In Ontoso’s words, “Culmia homes feature carefully designed interiors where light plays an important role, as we understand that a well-lit home contributes to the family’s well-being. They also feature high-quality insulation that provides quiet and thermal comfort, as well as significant savings in costs and energy consumption. All of this is designed to make our customers feel right at home.”
In addition, Culmia homes also feature the latest advancements in automation technology designed to improve indoor environmental quality.
Casa Decor features 57 exhibits and welcomes around 40,000 visitors during the six weeks it is open to the public.
