January 11, 2022.— Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, is beginning to hand over three of its developments located in the town of Sant Cugat del Vallès and is launching a new one, which will add another 226 homes to the Catalan municipality.

All of them are located in the Volpelleres area—with the exception of Culmia Zenit Sant Cugat, which is situated in the golf course area overlooking the Collserola mountain range—and are characterized by their residential and peaceful atmosphere, while also being well-connected to Barcelona.
