October 4, 2022 — Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, launches Culmia Masia Can Bellet, its tenth development in Sant Cugat del Vallés. The building features 20 units, ranging from 94 m² to 134 m², with 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options, a garage, a storage room, and common areas including a community pool. In addition, duplex penthouses with spacious terraces and ground-floor units with gardens are also available.

In addition, Culmia Masia Can Bellet is available on the CulmiaHome app, a tool that allows users to manage the opening of communal doors and efficiently monitor energy usage inside the home, among other features.

It is worth noting the development’s AA energy rating —deliveries began this September—which maximizes its efficiency and reduces both energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
