Following a diagnosis of the organizational environment, including a global employee questionnaire, the company has obtained this certification, which certifies that Culmia is an organization with a high-trust culture, capable of attracting and retaining talent.

Specifically, the results of the survey, completed by 90% of the people who make up the company -above the usual level of participation in certified companies (83%)-, reveal the special value that its professionals place on companionship, close and ethical leadership and pride in belonging, among other issues. As well as the autonomy and positive work environment that is consolidated from onboarding and the culture of celebration.

Among the main HR strategies implemented by Culmia is its work to promote trust, professional development and leadership based on closeness and active listening.
