SIMA, the real estate fair with the widest selection of homes and services, opens its doors this Thursday, the 27th, at IFEMA in Madrid. It is Spain’s largest real estate event and one of the most important gatherings in the residential real estate sector, serving as a key meeting place for industry professionals to identify investment and business opportunities.
This year, we’re really looking forward to it and truly feel like we’re making a comeback. COVID has prevented many social events from taking place, and SIMA serves as a reunion for the industry, where Culmia will be present with an impressive booth showcasing its wide range of new-construction residential properties in the Community of Madrid and on the Costa Blanca.
