February 3, 2022.– Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, is launching Culmia Maestral Rocafort, a residential complex located in Rocafort, in the L’Horta Nord region, 12 kilometers from the capital and a 5-minute walk from the town center.
Consisting of two groups of 23 and 41 single-family homes with 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms spread across two lots, all homes feature a terrace and a private garden and have access to a community pool and various common areas.
Culmia Maestral Rocafort stands out for the wide variety of housing types it offers, as well as for the possibility of choosing from various home customization options; all of this is designed so that each home can be tailored to the needs of each individual. It also stands out for the spaciousness of its rooms and common areas, which feature predominantly large, open-air spaces.
All homes feature natural cross-ventilation, thermal-break window frames, sealed double-pane glass, and continuous cladding with thermal and acoustic insulation. Furthermore, built in line with the company’s commitment to sustainability—which has incorporated systems and a building envelope design using materials that reduce energy consumption—they have earned a B energy rating.
The development is located next to the town center of Rocafort. It is connected to the on- and off-ramps that provide a 10-minute drive to the city of Valencia and is linked to the metropolitan area via Metrovalencia Line 1. In addition, it has all the necessary services within easy reach, as well as recreational facilities, schools, sports centers, parks, and green spaces. The municipality is one of the most prominent in the area surrounding the city of Valencia, as it is home to one of the city’s most prestigious residential developments, in addition to cultural landmarks such as the Santa Bárbara Chapel.
Following this launch, Culmia is once again investing in this municipality, adding the new Culmia Maestral Rocafort residential development—comprising 64 homes—to its Culmia Rocafort Gardens project. This brings the total number of projects underway in Valencia to 11, representing more than 550 homes.
According to José March, Culmia’s Eastern Regional Director, “Culmia Maestral Rocafort is the ideal opportunity for those seeking to live in a peaceful setting, away from the city center, yet with excellent transportation links and amenities. The development has the distinct advantage of being located in a town like Rocafort. Furthermore, the design of the homes, the outdoor spaces, and the amenities featured in their spacious rooms characterize this residential complex, which is designed for those seeking tranquility and a sense of community for the enjoyment of the entire family.”
Since 2013, Culmia has delivered more than 5,000 homes throughout Spain and has a sales portfolio of 80 developments and 4,000 homes, as well as land to develop 15,000 more homes.
