- CulmiaFest has scheduled a series of private performances at the most prominent Culmia homes.
- This initiative enables the developer to create experiences that foster a close, emotional connection with its customers.
- Carlos Baute, Antonio Carmona, Mikel Erentxun, Manu Tenorio, and Chenoa are participating in this music series as Culmia ambassadors.

June 16, 2022 — The initiative, which features renowned artists specially selected to represent Culmia’s target audience, is based on the recording of a series of live, acoustic concerts set against the backdrop of Culmia’s most notable homes and their most distinctive and characteristic features. Its purpose is to create a musical experience that, in 20 to 30 minutes, generates tailored experiences capable of driving a comprehensive brand communication and activation strategy. It’s a unique way to showcase the homes that Culmia offers its clients.
This morning, at La Peligrosa in Madrid, DJ, television host, and radio personality Tony Aguilar introduced the initiative to the media. Together with Cristina Ontoso, Culmia’s sales and marketing director, the two explained the goal and details of CulmiaFest to the attendees. In addition, the launch event featured a live performance by Manu Tenorio, one of the ambassadors for this initiative.
The artists chosen by Culmia for this concert series are Manu Tenorio, Carlos Baute, Antonio Carmona, Mikel Erentxun, and Chenoa, who serve as ambassadors for specific housing developments located in different regions of the country. Baute recorded his concert at Culmia Bell Sarrià, representing Culmia’s developments in the Sarrià neighborhood of Barcelona; Antonio Carmona recorded at Culmia Falco Poniente, located in Córdoba, to raise awareness of Culmia’s developments in Andalusia; Erentxun performed at Harribitxi Donostia; Manu Tenorio performed at Zenit Sant Cugat, representing the developments in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, where the developer has a strong presence; and finally, Chenoa performed at Culmia’s corporate headquarters in Madrid to close out the concert series.
In the words of Cristina Ontoso, Culmia’s sales and marketing director, “The initiative is in line with our strategy to raise awareness of Culmia homes and our business in an innovative way, placing our customers at the center of our marketing efforts. On this occasion, with music as the central theme, we’ve developed an initiative that will capture our target audience’s attention through a dynamic and engaging format, allowing us to showcase Culmia homes as we tour the country, while also enabling us to stand out in the industry.”
The CulmiaFest concerts have been recorded, along with highlights from the making-of footage and other related content, and will be part of an ambitious distribution plan to bring them to the general public through broadcasts over the coming months. The goal is to develop an innovative content strategy unlike anything previously seen in the real estate industry.
