March 17, 2022. Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, is launching Culmia Puerta del Oeste, its sixth development in the city of Gijón. The development features 70 homes, plus 83 parking spaces and 70 storage units.

Culmia Puerta del Oeste consists of newly built 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom homes with floor areas ranging from 58 m² to 121 m².

Their design has been tailored to meet the current needs of families; these are homes with open-concept layouts, and the dual orientation of some of the units provides ample natural light and comfort. In addition, the five ground-floor homes—with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms—feature private, fully fenced-in gardens starting at 68 m².

In terms of energy consumption control and efficiency, the development features a high-efficiency centralized hybrid heating system that combines a high-efficiency community gas boiler and an air-source heat pump with individual consumption meters.
