October 14, 2025 — Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all housing solutions on the market, is launching its fourth development in the Santa Olaya neighborhood of Gijón: Culmia Arbeyal IV Gijón, a residential project consisting of 63 units ranging from 55 m² to 110 m², available in 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom layouts, all featuring a terrace with ocean views, a parking space, and a storage room. This new development marks the final phase of the residential complex that Culmia began two years ago in Gijón, which comprises a total of 225 homes. The company has already delivered 103 homes and currently has another 122 under construction.
