May 5, 2026– Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all housing solutions on the market, has reorganized its Management Committee with the aim of strengthening its growth strategy by raising institutional capital, fostering strategic alliances, and generating new investment opportunities through two new appointments.

The company has appointed María Ruiz as Director of Capital Markets and promoted Celso Gómez to Director of Investment and Land Management, two moves that strengthen its capabilities in the areas of investment and land management, which are key pillars for the development of its business.

María Ruiz has a career spanning more than two decades in the international real estate sector, with experience in Europe and Latin America. Most recently, she led the Asset Management division at Goldman Sachs in Iberia and Greece, where she managed assets and relationships with institutional investors, bringing a comprehensive view of the business. With a degree in Business Administration and Management, Ruiz brings solid knowledge of investment and asset management, which is key to driving Culmia’s Capital Markets strategy in this new phase.

For his part, Celso Gómez takes over as Director of Investment and Land Management following a long and successful career within the company, where he played a key role in developing the land portfolio and executing projects during his tenure as Director of Analysis and Strategy and Regional Director for the Central, Northern, and Southern regions. His promotion highlights the company’s internal talent and reinforces Culmia’s commitment to continuity and consistency in the execution of its strategy.

Francisco Pérez, CEO of Culmia, stated, “This expansion of the Management Committee reflects our ambition to continue driving housing development in Spain, expanding our ability to attract capital and collaborate with strategic partners. “The addition of María and Celso’s promotion allow us to move forward with a model that combines investment, management, and execution to meet the current needs of the residential market.”

This reorganization of the Management Committee reflects Culmia’s ambition to continue evolving toward a model that places greater emphasis on third-party management, supported by capital raising and the development of projects in collaboration with strategic partners, which will enable the company to scale up its operations and expand its project portfolio.

This strengthening of the company’s investment capabilities is complemented by the recent appointment of Ana Estrada as an independent board member, in line with Culmia’s strategy to strengthen its ties with institutional investors. Her appointment helps bolster the company’s ability to attract investment, forge partnerships, and advance its position as a leading multi-client manager in Spain’s living sector.

With these new appointments, Culmia’s Executive Committee strengthens its structure to tackle this new phase and is now composed of Francisco Pérez, the company’s CEO; Juan Carlos Urbano, Chief Financial Officer; Cristina Ontoso, Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer; Juan Manuel Borrás, Chief Operating Officer; Jaume Borràs, Chief Business Officer; Gema Muñiz, General Counsel; Almudena Corbella, Director of Human Resources and Organization; Celso Gómez, Director of Investment and Land Management; and María Ruiz, Director of Capital Markets.
