Culmia, Spain’s leading residential real estate project management platform, participated in the 2025 edition of SIMED, the Mediterranean Real Estate Fair, reaffirming its commitment to Málaga and the surrounding area as one of the company’s strategic markets. At this year’s event, Culmia returned as an exhibitor and partner, presenting an innovative, experiential booth located in Hall B1, where “everything was upside down”—a creative concept that invited visitors to discover its developments from a different perspective. This disruptive approach reflected the company’s desire to promote a new way of understanding housing: more sustainable, more mindful, and more aligned with people’s real needs.

Throughout the three-day trade show, industry professionals and the general public had the opportunity to learn about the developments Culmia is undertaking on the Costa del Sol and the Costa Tropical, two key areas within the company’s growth strategy. In addition to its exhibition presence, Culmia played a prominent role in the official program of conferences and roundtables at SIMED 2025, contributing insights, analysis, and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing the real estate sector.
The day began with an appearance by Celso Gómez Labrador, Culmia’s Central-North-South Regional Director, on Meli Torres’s “Real Estate Investment” program on Capital Radio. During this live appearance, Gómez Labrador analyzed trends in the Andalusian market, the start of the real estate fair, and the key aspects of the Finca Mossara project—a development set to set a new standard in sustainability, design, and responsible urban planning.
Later, Juan Manuel Borrás González, Director of Operations, participated in the roundtable discussion “Sustainability and Impact. The Silent Revolution in Housing: Smoke-Free Construction, Smart Manufacturing,” which also featured representatives from 011h, Schüco Iberia, Sacyr Construcción, Grato, and PROMUSA. The discussion delved into industrialization, reducing the carbon footprint, and the practical implementation of circular solutions as key drivers for promoting more sustainable construction.
The day concluded with the participation of Francisco Pérez Medina, CEO of Culmia, in the session “Housing as a Reflection of a Society in Transition,” during which he shared his perspective with executives from Lagoom Living, Metrovacesa, AQ-Acentor, and global expert Juan Verde. During this meeting, participants discussed the changes society is undergoing, new residential demands, and the strategic opportunities emerging to promote a more innovative and balanced urban and housing model.
Through its participation in SIMED 2025, Culmia reaffirms its commitment to Málaga and its surrounding area, promoting high-quality residential developments with a strong focus on sustainability. From its booth B1, the company has invited visitors to learn about its projects, discover new opportunities, and explore a different way of viewing and understanding housing.
