Culmia has entered into a partnership agreement with the Polytechnic University of Madrid with the goal of helping college students complete their education. Students will have the opportunity to put the theoretical knowledge they have acquired into practice by participating in internships at our company.
At Culmia, we believe that our responsibility as a company is to help students complete their entire educational program and ensure their employability through high-quality training. Terms such as youth employability, innovation, sector renewal, quality, and professionalization are the ones most frequently mentioned when discussing this degree program.
Through this agreement, Culmia helps strengthen the university-business relationship, which is key to the advancement of scientific and technological research. Businesses play a vital role in students’ learning and in helping them understand the social and professional realities we face.
The Real Estate Bachelor’s Degree program follows the German dual education model, under which students receive 20% theoretical instruction and the remaining 80% consists of practical training at companies in the sector. Throughout the program, students—primarily graduates in Architecture and Civil Engineering—receive training in legal and financial matters, after-sales marketing, real estate risks, and more… These courses are taught by CEOs, general managers, or partners at these companies, providing students with a more general overview of the sector while better preparing them for their first entry into the job market.
