September 23, 2025 – Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all housing solutions on the market, is moving forward with the development of EDIFICI 6Ó Marina Building, its office building in the La Marina del Prat Vermell district of Barcelona, where it has already closed the sale of six of its eight floors.
In September 2024, the building welcomed its first tenants: Farmacia Motors, which opened its store on the ground floor, and the Masiques Group of Companies, which moved its corporate headquarters to the two upper floors (7th and 8th).
In addition, during the summer of 2025, Culmia signed a notarized deed of sale with the multinational companies ASUSTek Computer Inc. (ASUS Spain SLU), which acquired plants 1, 2, and 3, and Grupo ETASA, which purchased plant 6.
As a result, Culmia’s EDIFICI 6Ó Marina Building stands out as one of the leading projects in the office segment of this strategic location in Barcelona, where two floors (the 4th and 5th) are still available, each measuring 700 m2.
With a total floor area of 5,472.5 m² spread over a ground floor and eight upper floors, the building is located at Passeig de la Zona Franca 19, on the corner of Cal Cisó Street, in an area that is emerging as Barcelona’s new business district.
Furthermore, in line with Culmia’s commitment to sustainability, the building has LEED GOLD certification, WELL GOLD certification, and an A energy rating; it is connected to Ecoenergies’ DHC network via a heating and cooling substation; and it features parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle chargers.
