September 14, 2021.—Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, is beginning to hand over units in the Culmia La Joya II development and has started construction on Culmia Odelania, adding 158 new homes to the city of Huelva. Both developments are located in the El Conquero district, an established area that offers all the necessary educational, healthcare, recreational, and dining services. In addition, the area has good connections for both public and private transportation, thanks to easy access to the H-30 and H-31 highways.
As for Culmia La Joya II, the development consists of 72 two- and three-bedroom homes, available in sizes of 90 m² and 115 m², all of which face the exterior and feature spacious terraces. In addition, the complex features a modern architectural design consisting of two seven-story towers, plus 84 parking spaces and 101 storage units.
