September 9, 2025 — Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all housing solutions on the market, is delivering the commercial space and the senior living facility in its Culmia Themis Riera development in Barcelona, a mixed-use residential and commercial project consisting of a senior living facility, two commercial spaces, two residential buildings, and 6,300 m² of green spaces.
The company is handing over a commercial property to the Bon Preu Group, a Catalan company in the food sector. The property has a total area of 7,973.15 m² and consists of a ground floor and a basement level.
The other commercial space in the development, located on the ground floor, has a floor area of 171.91 m2 and faces Quetzal Street.
In addition, the senior living facility has also been handed over to a private investment group. The building covers 8,700 m², spread over a ground floor and eight upper floors, and has capacity for 190 residents. It is also worth noting that the process of obtaining BREEAM certification is currently underway.
A few weeks ago, Culmia handed over the residential portion of this development, which consists of two buildings with a total of 85 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units with terraces, ranging in size from 90 m² to 129 m². The residential complex includes parking spaces and storage units, as well as a communal pool on the penthouse level of one of the buildings and a sun deck.
Culmia Themis Riera
Culmia Themis Riera is located in the Sants district of Barcelona, close to all kinds of services and a wide variety of shops. In addition, there is a 5,000 m2 public park near the development where residents can enjoy nature.
