December 23, 2025 — Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all housing solutions on the market, is delivering its Culmia Aresta Badalona development, located in the El Gorg neighborhood in the province of Barcelona. The residential complex consists of 49 units, 35 of which are subsidized housing units at a fixed price.

The homes are located in two buildings—one 10 stories tall and the other 6 stories tall plus a ground floor—and include 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options, each with a terrace and a parking space. In addition, the residential complex features landscaped areas for residents’ use.

Culmia Aresta Badalona has an energy efficiency rating of A for emissions and B for consumption; the homes feature continuous insulation along the facade that wraps around the building to prevent temperature loss or increases inside the units. Also noteworthy is the natural lighting provided by the large windows, which feature double glazing that provides both thermal and acoustic insulation for the homes.

In addition, the residential complex is equipped with solar panels for domestic hot water (DHW) production and a centralized condensing boiler, which reduces energy consumption and contributes to environmental sustainability. The homes are also equipped with heat pump HVAC systems, and both heating and cooling are distributed via air ducts.

In terms of location, Culmia Aresta Badalona is located in the El Gorg neighborhood of Badalona, 10 kilometers from Barcelona and just a few minutes’ walk from Badalona Beach. It also offers a wide variety of nearby amenities, such as schools, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and open spaces for walking.

The development also offers excellent transportation connections, being just a 20-minute metro ride from downtown Barcelona and providing easy access to the C-31, B10, and B-20 highways for hassle-free travel along the Barcelona coastline.
