January27 , 2025—Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, has completed the delivery of its Culmia Santa Catalina II development in Jaén, adding 54 more homes to the Andalusian province. The homes, spread across nine floors, feature spacious terraces and come in 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom layouts, as well as penthouses with large terraces and views of Jaén Castle.

The residential complex also features 66 parking spaces, 50 storage units (both general and in the basement), and a commercial space. In addition, Culmia Santa Catalina II includes, among its common areas for residents’ use, a community pool located on the rooftop.

The development has a B energy rating because it features solar panels and a solar water heater for hot water production, ensuring low energy consumption and a reduced environmental impact. The continuous insulation of the building’s exterior walls also prevents temperature loss or gain inside, ensuring greater energy efficiency.

Culmia Santa Catalina II is located in an established residential area known as“el Gran Eje,”which offers a wide range of amenities and services. The neighborhood is situated on Avenida de Andalucía, one of the main avenues in the city of Jaén, just a 15-minute walk from the Renfe train station and with numerous bus lines nearby. The development is also connected to the A-316 beltway.

The development was designed by the prestigious Joaquín Caro Architecture and Urban Planning Studio, which devised a layout that allows natural light to enter the homes from both the rising and setting sun.
