Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, announces the delivery of 35 homes and the start of construction on 82 more in Sabadell.

The company is delivering its Culmia Eix Creu Alta development, which consistsof 35 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units spread across a 5-story building, with parking spaces and storage units in the basement. All units are exterior-facing and feature a terrace. The development also includes 4 commercial spaces.

These homes stand out above all for their finishes and materials. They are equipped with continuous insulation along the facade that wraps around the building, thereby preventing temperature loss or increases inside. They feature an air-source heat pump system for domestic hot water, thereby reducing costs and helping the environment. Overall, the homes have a B Energy Rating. This rating allows them, for example, to absorb CO2 equivalent to 24 trees, save 17,304 kWh/year in energy consumption, and save €1,381/year in costs.

Another highlight of Culmia Eix Creu Alta is its location in the La Creu Alta neighborhood, one of the most sought-after areas in Sabadell. Culmia Parc Tèxtil has a provisional energy rating of B, which allows it, for example, to absorb CO2 equivalent to 24 trees, save 16,552 kWh/year in energy consumption, and save €1,342/year in costs. The development features continuous insulation that envelops the building, thereby preventing temperature loss or increases inside. And all homes have an individual aerothermal control unit that regulates and manages heating and cooling.
In this regard, the development holds Culmia’s own certifications. In the Jade category (the Sustainability seal), it has an “Advanced” rating; and in the Cuarzo category (the Health seal), it has an “Essential” rating.

As for Jade, the development stands out for its “active and sustainable mobility and alternative transportation with low environmental impact,”since 90% of the homes are designed for remote work, featuring spaces for all necessary furniture, as well as natural lighting and ventilation.
