June 12, 2025 – Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all housing solutions on the market, has delivered to a fund represented by CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM), the 129 units in the Badalona Port residential development under a “build-to-rent” model, the sale of which was announced in mid-2023, with 5% designated for affordable housing.
The development consists of two buildings with 129 two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, ranging from 79 to 128 m2, all of which feature terraces with panoramic views of the sea and the marina. It also features two communal swimming pools—one on each rooftop—areas designated for various amenities, and 1,378 m² of retail space.
In terms of sustainability, the project is currently undergoing the validation process to receive the BREEAM New Construction “Very Good” certification. This is part of Culmia’s commitment to decarbonization and energy efficiency in the development of its projects.
