The Culmia Themis Riera development consists of two buildings with a total of 85 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units with terraces, ranging in size from 90 m² to 129 m².
The residential complex features parking spaces and storage units, as well as a community pool on the penthouse level of one of its buildings and a sun deck. In addition, the development also features a Smart Box, a smart mailbox that allows residents to receive packages 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The variety of home types and sizes at Culmia Themis Riera offers a versatile selection with a wide range of options tailored to each person’s needs and lifestyle. As a result, the floor plans are designed to make the most of the available space.
The development has a B energy rating for both energy consumption and emissions. The buildings use geothermal energy to produce domestic hot water, which helps protect the environment and reduce energy consumption.
