Every February 14, lovers celebrate love, and here at Culmia, we’re no exception. On this day, we fully immerse ourselves in the festivities, sharing wonderful moments in a warm and welcoming atmosphere filled with camaraderie.
Our lounge became a space filled with warmth, where we found several surprises to celebrate such a special day. For one thing, we saw two hearts made out of colorful sticky notes on the main whiteboard. A very original touch. These weren’t just simple decorations; they were the perfect place to leave messages of friendship and appreciation. Each person could choose someone special on the team and explain why they considered that person the “coolest person.”
On the other hand, the decorations shouldn’t be overlooked, as they were carefully selected. In addition to the hearts mentioned earlier, it included a garland (also made of hearts) that was hung around the name “Culmia”; together, these elements added that special, affectionate touch to the celebration of this day.
To make the whole experience even more enjoyable, we couldn’t have asked for better accompaniment—breakfast was one of the highlights of the event, with several tables overflowing with treats for every taste. There was everything from healthy options, like fresh fruit, to irresistible treats, such as delicious cakes and palmiers. Everyone was able to enjoy a feast that made the morning even more special.
The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful, with laughter and lively conversation filling the room. It was a welcome break from the daily routine, where everyone shared more than just food—they also exchanged smiles and enjoyed good times together.
Without a doubt, by hosting these types of celebrations, Culmia takes advantage of a valuable opportunity to strengthen bonds and foster a positive work environment. This not only adds a touch of joy and positivity, but also helps create a space where employees can express their mutual appreciation.
