February 14 is the perfect day to celebrate love, and at Culmia, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join in the festivities in a special way. This year, our team enjoyed a morning filled with good times, smiles, and, above all, a great sense of camaraderie.

We hosted a breakfast featuring a wide variety of delicious sweet and savory treats: croissants, heart-shaped pastries, irresistible chocolates… A real treat! All of this took place in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for starting the day with positive energy.

In addition, to make the morning even more special, we organized a lovely activity: writing anonymous cards with messages of affection and gratitude to our coworkers. It was a very touching way to strengthen the bonds within the team and show how much we value each other. Each message was a little surprise and helped us connect with one another even more.

The office was decorated with Valentine’s Day touches, such as garlands and heart-shaped balloons, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The anonymous cards and messages took center stage, reminding us how important it is to feel valued and close to one another, beyond just our work.

These kinds of activities allow us to take a break from our daily routine and enjoy more personal moments, which always contribute to a positive work environment.
