At Culmia, we don’t just build places to live—we also create moments to share. And this Friday, we experienced a very special one: the April Fair has come to our offices!

To celebrate our traditions and foster a warm and relaxed atmosphere among coworkers, today we’ve decorated our office to look just like a real festival booth. Lanterns, hair flowers, fans, shawls, and—above all—lots of art, filling every corner with joy. The decorations have transported us straight to Andalusia’s most iconic fair.

The morning featured a selection of traditional Andalusian foods, with a variety of appetizers that delighted everyone: ham, cured meats, Spanish omelet, cheese… A true feast for the senses.

Beyond the food and aesthetics, the atmosphere was filled with camaraderie, laughter, and a desire to celebrate together. These moments remind us that, at Culmia, our team is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why initiatives like this are key to continuing to build a strong corporate culture, one in which well-being and connections between people are a top priority.
