Culmia celebrates International Women’s Day with a special breakfast and a unique creative touch.
March 7, 2025 At Culmia, we believe in the importance of recognizing and celebrating the role of women in both their professional and personal lives. That is why, on March 7, we commemorated International Women’s Day with a very special event at our offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
The theme day featured a unique creative display that included all of Culmia’s female employees, reflecting our appreciation for their hard work and dedication to the company. This display not only symbolized our commitment to equality but also served as part of the day’s decor, complemented by a purple-themed atmosphere and thematic details that filled every corner of the office with meaning.
To make this day even more special, we organized a breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options, including corporate-themed cookies, purple cupcakes, and a delicious selection of croissants and sandwiches. It was a tasty treat to share with coworkers and strengthen team spirit.
In addition, each of the women at Culmia received a purple tulip and a card designed by the women’s team as a token of appreciation for their commitment and contribution to the company. These small gestures make a difference and reinforce our commitment to equity and recognition within our workplace.
As part of the celebration, our directors Almudena, Gema, and Cristina shared their stories about their experiences as directors, inspiring all of us employees with their career paths and reflections on the challenges and achievements they’ve faced along the way.
