On December 12, we gathered at the Fortuny Home Club to celebrate Culmia’s Christmas party. This year, the theme was “A Sparkling Night, ” and it couldn’t have been more fitting. It was a night to share, enjoy, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished together in 2024.
The evening began with a speech by Paco Pérez, our CEO, who reviewed this year’s major milestones and encouraged us to continue working with the same enthusiasm in 2025. It was a time to reflect on everything we’ve accomplished as a team and to thank each of us for our efforts.
After the speech came the awards ceremony, which is always a special moment. First, we learned the winners of the Culmia Coolest Compi, an award that recognizes the best classmates of the year, chosen for their spirit of collaboration and camaraderie. We also learned the winners of the Innova Cool award, which celebrates this year’s most creative and innovative ideas.
With the awards handed out, we dove right into the party. We enjoyed a delicious cocktail, which sparked conversations, laughter, and, of course, plenty of toasts. The decor, inspired by the “sparkling” theme, made the atmosphere even more special. Also, at the start of the evening, we handed out interactive QR codes so everyone could vote for the “most dazzling outfit.” We’ll soon find out the winner, along with the winner of the most creative answer to the question , “What do you need in your life to shine?”
The evening continued with music, dancing, and that unique atmosphere that arises when an entire team comes together to celebrate. Beyond the awards and the little touches, the most important thing was being able to share this moment together, unwind, and enjoy a night unlike any other.
These celebrations are the perfect excuse to strengthen the bonds between all of us, appreciate what we’ve built as a team, and recharge our energy for what’s to come. 2024 has been a year of challenges, lessons, and achievements, and there’s no better way to say goodbye to it than with a night like this.
Thank you to everyone who made this very special evening possible!
