March 23, 2021—Culmia , one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, announces the launch of the Ciencias Park development in the Sevilla Este neighborhood.
Built on a total area of 6,000 m2, it will become Culmia’s 17th development in Andalusia, where the company already has a portfolio of more than 3,500 homes spread across 55 projects.
Ciencias Park is located on one of the main thoroughfares in the Sevilla Este neighborhood: Avenida de las Ciencias, very close to Infanta Elena Park. In its first phase, it will feature 104 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, distributed across two building entrances and seven floors, along with a variety of indoor common areas such as the Social Club Space, the Kids’ Space, the Gym Area, and the Coworking Area, as well as outdoor common areas such as the swimming pool.
According to Pedro Hidalgo, Culmia’s Southern Regional Director, “this new development will offer an excellent product for the upper-middle-income segment in one of Seville’s main growth areas, with a unique array of shopping and leisure facilities, schools, parks, and medical centers. Ciencias Park is also perfectly connected to the city center, thanks to easy access to the public transportation network and its proximity to the city’s main ring roads.”
With a modern, cutting-edge design and high-quality materials, the development has been designed with high sustainability standards in mind and will have a B energy rating for both energy consumption (kWh/m²) and emissions (kg CO₂/m²).
Sevilla Este is both the city’s newest neighborhood and the one with the largest population, drawn to an area that offers a high quality of life, excellent public services, shopping districts, and green spaces, and is also very well connected to the rest of Seville.
Since 2013, the company has delivered more than 5,000 homes throughout Spain, and has a sales portfolio of 80 developments and 2,500 homes, as well as plans to develop 15,000 more homes.
