April 6, 2021.- Culmia , one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, is beginning to hand over units in its Ernest Lluch Residential development, which consists of a 14-story tower that stands as a visual landmark along the waterfront, housing 62 units—including 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, plus parking spaces, storage units, and commercial spaces.

Located right on the waterfront, the homes stand out for their exterior orientation, with floor areas ranging from 79 m² to 177 m², and their spacious terraces. In addition, the complex features several common areas, a community pool with a beach area, and landscaped green spaces.

Built on a total area of 2,078 m², it will be the first development that Culmia delivers this year in Catalonia, where the company already has a portfolio of more than 4,200 homes spread across 74 projects.

The development was built using top-quality materials and energy-efficient systems, which is why it has an Energy Rating of A for both energy consumption and emissions.

In the words of Josep María Cases, Culmia’s Regional Director for Catalonia, “With a wide variety of housing types and excellent floor plans, the Ernest Lluch Residential Complex is designed to meet the needs of all kinds of families, in a perfect location that offers all the services and transportation options our clients need.”

The Ernest Lluch Residential Complex is located near the marina and the university area of Mataró’s Tecno Campus and offers excellent access to Barcelona via both the road network and public transportation, as it is close to several bus stops and the train station.

Since 2013, the company has delivered more than 5,000 homes throughout Spain, and it has a sales portfolio of 80 developments and 4,000 homes, as well as land to develop 11,000 homes.
