December 9, 2025 — Culmia, the real estate platform that brings together all the housing solutions on the market, begins construction on its Culmia Portonovo Sanxenxo development, located in the town of Portonovo, in the municipality of Sanxenxo, one of the most iconic locations on the Pontevedra estuary and in the Rías Baixas region.
