Culmia is taking advantage of its participation in SIMED to officially unveil its Finca Mossara project, a new urban development in Málaga that features a specific narrative centered on perspectives. A fresh perspective on a modern Málaga that blends heritage, the future, and environmental awareness.

The Finca Mossara residential development is located in the Morales and Tassara neighborhoods, in the Málaga Este district, next to Colinas del Limonar in the city of Málaga. It is one of the city’s best-managed urban areas. It is situated near Mount Gibralfaro, 1,500 m from the beach and the Pablo Ruiz Picasso 2nd Seaside Promenade, on the mountainside with panoramic views of both the bay and the Málaga Mountains.

This is one of the capital’s most exclusive residential areas—quiet and featuring extensive green spaces—where Culmia will build 360 homes, including 90 single-family homes and 270 multifamily units located in low-rise buildings. The homes will be designed to the highest standards of sustainability and with residents’ comfort in mind.
