- Through a form and a preliminary home design, Culmia will be able to gather information about the interests of the typical homebuyer nationwide when purchasing a home.
- This initiative is part of one of the developer’s main corporate priorities; in addition to offering homes, the company supports its customers and helps them through the home-buying process.

December 23, 2021. – Culmia, one of Spain’s leading real estate developers, has launched an innovative project in partnership with Viviendea—the online platform that connects people looking for new-construction homes with companies capable of building them—with the goal of understanding the specifications and interests driving housing demand in Spain.
The project, which has just gotten underway and will conclude in early 2022, aims to identify the needs of potential customers when buying a home. To this end, housing preferences have been analyzed in five key geographic areas for Culmia. The northern region, which stretches from Galicia to the Basque Country; and the Mediterranean coast, which extends from Girona through the Balearic Islands, Valencia, Alicante, and Murcia. It is worth noting that, in the city of Barcelona, this project will not only consider the main needs of first-time homebuyers but will also address the demands of second-home buyers. The central region is also being analyzed, covering the territories of the Community of Madrid and Castile and León. And in the southern part of the peninsula, demand from potential homebuyers in all provincial capitals will be studied.
The purpose of this project is to further one of the developer’s corporate objectives: to add unique value to the way it supports its clients and to make the home-buying process easier for them. In this way, the developer is better able to adapt to their needs and meet their demands.
For Cristina Ontoso, Culmia’s Sales and Marketing Director, “this project, carried out in partnership with Viviendea—a partner with whom we share a common business vision—allows us to provide our potential clients with a tool that helps us understand their preferences regarding home purchases. All of this information is very valuable to us as developers, as it enables us to better align with their needs and thus more effectively fulfill our role in promoting and supporting them on their journey toward their new home.”
In the words of Sergio López, CEO and founder of Viviendea, “We are an online platform that helps meet users’ specific needs for new-construction housing, and Culmia has fully understood that partnering with us allows them to learn firsthand what kind of homes users will need in 2022 and to add value to their future housing projects.”
Thanks to this project, Culmia will be able to identify the actual needs of potential customers and will have a digital tool capable of meeting the demand for new construction throughout the country.
