October 31 is the perfect day to celebrate Halloween, and at Culmia, we couldn’t pass up the chance to celebrate this holiday in a fun and special way. This year, our team enjoyed a morning filled with candy, smiles, and, above all, a great sense of camaraderie.

We organized a breakfast featuring a variety of delicious Halloween-inspired treats: cookies with the COOLMIA logo and pumpkins, chocolate pumpkins, candies, and other sweet and savory surprises. All of this took place in a festive atmosphere, perfect for starting the day with energy and good cheer.

We also organized a very original activity: each person could write down what they were afraid of on a card, using the phrase “I want to leave behind my fear of…,” and place it in a box to leave those fears behind. It was a fun and moving activity that allowed us to reflect on and symbolically share what we want to overcome.

The office was decorated with traditional Halloween decorations, such as pumpkins and themed items, which added a cheerful and creative touch to the workspace. The cards and candy took center stage, reminding us that small shared moments strengthen bonds within the team and make the day much more special.

These kinds of activities allow us to take a break from our daily routine and enjoy more personal moments, which always contribute to a positive work environment.
