Following a diagnosis of the organizational environment, including a global employee questionnaire, the company has obtained this certification, which certifies that Culmia is an organization with a high-trust culture, capable of attracting and retaining talent.

Specifically, the results of the survey, completed by 90% of the people who make up the company -above the usual level of participation in certified companies (83%)-, reveal the special value that its professionals place on companionship, close and ethical leadership and pride in belonging, among other issues.
