Through various initiatives, we seek to share our values, projects and news, always with the aim of building a close and transparent relationship. Culmia Fest
Cycle of acoustic and private concerts held in Culmia homes. The action was recognized as one of Actualidad Económica’s 100 best ideas in 2022.
With this initiative we connected emotionally with customers through music, creating unique experiences in spaces such as terraces, rooftops or interiors. An original way to present Culmia homes in the different provinces where it is present and share memorable moments.

Culmia Challenges
A group of celebrities facing challenges in Culmia housing. An action awarded at the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2025 awards.
Culmia Challenges was an experiential action that invited well-known public figures to face fun challenges in Culmia promotions in different areas of the country.
Jorge Fernández, Fran Perea and Miki Nadal, guided by Luján Argüelles, through creative and dynamic tests -such as cooking, decorating or improvising a monologue-, presented the houses and the area in which they were located.

Culmia Escape
Culmia Escape, the reality show where the connection between couples is everything.
Challenges, tension, laughter… and a grand final prize of €10,000 at stake. All presented by Joaquín Prat, who accompanies you in this unique experience full of surprises, excitement and unforgettable moments. Discover which couple manages to overcome each test, who shows greater complicity and how two finalists also win €1,000 each. A dynamic, fun and energetic format that will keep you hooked from the first minute. Don’t miss it, because every challenge counts and every detail adds up!
Vitamin Home
A space designed to fill you with positive energy and make you feel good.
Can you imagine coming home and being able to feel the sand on the beach? That moment in connection with nature that relaxes you and charges you with energy? Being able to sleep on the clouds at sunset or take a shower in a waterfall surrounded by palm trees? A positive space that conquers your senses and invites you to be happy. An apartment with current trends: the identification of the home as a space of happiness and the appropriate rationalization of space.
Vitamina Home was the first project carried out by a developer in Casa Decor 2022, a space designed by the interior design studio VG Living and for which we were recognized by the Sima-Asprima Award for the best marketing strategy in the real estate sector.

In Culmia House Tour we invite the influencer Alfonso (@asempe) to tour our developments in an innovative and close way.
Through a dynamic house tour style format, Alfonso shows the spaces, details and experiences offered by our homes, bringing the Culmia lifestyle to a wider audience and in a different way than usual.
Sarrià
Essència Sarrià, premium development with 12 spacious homes, terraces, penthouses with solarium, swimming pool and parking spaces. Plan Vive Events
Desafío Vivir MAD
Culmia presented the Affordable Housing in Spain Report together with GAD3 at the Desafío Vivir event. Experts from the sector analyzed the challenges of affordable renting and discussed possible solutions in a day with presentations and a round table, held at CaixaBank’s All in One space in Madrid.
Living BCN Challenge
Culmia presented the first “Report on Affordable Housing in Catalonia”, prepared together with GAD3 and the Institut Cerdà. The study analyzes the situation of the residential market in the region and proposes solutions to improve access to housing, betting on a fairer, more sustainable and people-centered model.

I Edition of the Safety and Health Awards
We celebrated the I Edition of the Culmia Health and Safety Awards, within the framework of the conference “New challenges in the development sector in terms of Health and Safety”. A meeting to reflect on the importance of prevention and recognize best practices in the sector.

II Edition Safety and Health Awards
The 2nd Edition of the Culmia Health and Safety Awards brought together professionals from the sector to analyze the new challenges in prevention and safety. During the event, the efforts and best practices of companies and professionals committed to safer and healthier work environments were recognized.

III Edition of the Safety and Health Awards
The III Edition of Culmia’s Health and Safety Awards, held at the Madrid College of Architects, highlighted the importance of leadership and attitude in safety, recognizing the best practices of companies and professionals committed to safer and healthier work environments.

IV Edition of the Safety and Health Awards
The IV Edition of Culmia’s Health and Safety Awards, held at Espacio Loop21 in Madrid, focused on the theme “The Journey to the Challenge”, highlighting how the ORP department faces and overcomes daily challenges to ensure employee safety. During the event, best practices in health and safety were recognized, awarding prizes to site teams, health and safety coordinators, and promotion managers.
UPM Real Estate Degree Events
Company Day 2023
In 2023, Culmia celebrated the Companies Day together with the ASPRIMA-UPM Real Estate Degree in Madrid, under the “House of Connections” day, bringing the professional world closer to the students. The day included talks, diversity dynamics and a Jamming Show, promoting employability and networking in the real estate sector.
Company Day 2024
Culmia celebrated the Companies Day with the students of the Real Estate Degree of the UPM under the day “Open Your Mind”, approaching the real estate sector and its professional opportunities. The day included a visit to the PlanVive project in Getafe, talks with the Management Committee and industry experts, and closed with a lively cocktail to promote networking and training of future professionals.
Company Day 2025
Culmia celebrated the Business Day with the students of the UPM Real Estate Degree, under the slogan “Be Different”, focused on creativity, because it is not seeing what no one has seen yet, it is thinking what no one has thought about what everyone sees”. The day included talks by alumni, teamwork dynamics and creative activities, closing with a networking cocktail for future professionals.
Other Events
Culmia presented its Own Health and Sustainability Certificates at the IKONO hall, in an experiential event. These certificates establish key criteria to be applied in 25,000 homes by 2030, positioning Culmia as the first major developer to integrate health into the design of more conscious, responsible and humane homes.
New brand CULMIA
Culmia presented its new corporate identity, reflecting experience, closeness and commitment. Under the claim “Destino, tu hogar” (Destination, your home), it reinforces its role as a guide in home buying. The rebranding, developed with BrandFor, conveys leadership, honesty and empathy, consolidating a more human brand, direct and connected with people.
