May 22, 2026 – Culmia, the real estate platform that integrally concentrates housing solutions in the market, has been awarded in the category of ‘Best Marketing Strategy in the real estate sector’ at the ASPRIMA-SIMA 2026 Awards for its ‘Culmia Escape’ project , developed together with BE A LION.

The company was also a finalist in two real estate development categories: ‘Urban regeneration’, with the Culmia Arbeyal project (Gijón), developed together with VIAVETUS Ingenieros and Álvarez y Valle Arquitectos, and ‘Best real estate housing project’, with Culmia Harribitxi (San Sebastián), developed together with FIARK Arquitectos.

Culmia Escape’ is a brand entertainment action that transforms the way of connecting with customers through a reality-type experience presented by Joaquín Prats. In it, participants live an escape room inside a house, overcoming tests, challenges and riddles to reach a final outcome with an economic prize, aimed at facilitating access to housing.

The project reinforces Culmia’s commitment to creativity, differentiation and the construction of a brand that connects through emotion, exploring new ways of communicating the value of housing and its developments.
