The award was presented during the ‘XXV Meeting of the real estate sector in housing’, an event that has had institutional representation of the Community of Madrid and ASPRIMA and with the participation of some of the leading companies in the residential sector, construction and development of the country.

Within this framework, the Vice-Minister of Housing and Territorial Planning of the Community of Madrid, José María García, who inaugurated the event, also presented the award to Culmia, represented by Francisco Pérez.
