Cadastral value
Administrative value determined objectively for each real estate property from the data that exist in the real estate cadastre and which is composed of the cadastral value of the land and the cadastral value of the buildings.
Double flow ventilation
System that ensures the quality of air, through the extraction of stale air in wet rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, laundry rooms, ...) and simultaneously ensures the insufflation of new filtered air in dry rooms (living room, dining room, bedrooms, ...).
