Cadastral value

Administrative value determined objectively for each real estate property from the data that exist in the real estate cadastre and which is composed of the cadastral value of the land and the cadastral value of the buildings.

Double flow ventilation

System that ensures the quality of air, through the extraction of stale air in wet rooms (kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, laundry rooms, ...) and simultaneously ensures the insufflation of new filtered air in dry rooms (living room, dining room, bedrooms, ...). Affordable rental housing

Property whose price is below the market and adapted to the income of those who need it. It is designed to facilitate access to a decent home for people with limited resources. It is usually part of public programs or private initiatives with institutional support.
